Will my cookies still be fresh when I receive Them

Cookies are packaged individually in a heat sealed Bag within 1-2 hours of Baking. The cookies will remain in that heat-sealed Bag until you received them or are ready to eat. The heat-sealed bag is to keep the cookies fresh while in transport. Once you receive your cookies they will come with a Cookie Care Card Guide to provide you with an idea as to what do to keep your cookies fresh at home.

How long do the cookies last? What is the shelf life for these cookies?

Cookies will maintain their taste and texture for up to 3-5 days. To keep cookies fresh, store in a jar or airtight container at room temperature.

What is Alexa's Sweet Spot cookie websites schedule?

Cookie Menu drops On Sundays at 11:30 Am EST 10:30 Am CST. Cookies will be prepped . On Tuesday the cookies will be Baked packaged and shipped Cookies will be shipped on Tuesdays before 12:00pm. Our Goal is to ship cookies during the week because we do not want your orders to get stuck at the post office during the weekend!
